| Stewart has thirty years experience in building technology businesses. As Business Development Manager for QPSX Communications Limited, he developed and managed strategic alliances with Alcatel, Siemens and Telstra. As R&D Manager, he led the development of a second generation of QPSX technology, and the sale of the related business to Jtec Pty Ltd. As part of a project team, he helped execute the sale of the Jtec product business to Ericsson. Stewart is currently CEO of Atamo and COO of pieNETWORKS Ltd, and has served as interim CEO of start up businesses. He has been director of several companies and has managed business development activities in Australia, Europe, Asia and North America. |

| Matt began work for Atamo as Company Accountant in late 2009 where he looks after the administrative and financial aspects of both Atamo and associated company Bushcomm. Before being employed as Account Manager for Bushcomm in 2007, Matt had over 6 years experience in managing small businesses. At Bushcomm he has developed systems to assist with effective stock control as well as looking after the administrative aspects of the manufacturing process from initial order to shipping. |

| Mark is an experienced senior engineer, with more than 25 years professional experience in challenging technical roles in telecommunications and data communications product development and consulting. He set aside his PhD to work in the University of Western Australia spinoff, QPSX. He also has strong business management skills from leading project offices to running Bushcomm, an Atamo company. Mark is a member of the UWA Faculty of Engineering, Computing and Mathematics Industry Advisory Board. |

| Michael had managed development teams in the areas of SCADA, ROVs, and transport control systems before joining QPSX in 1990. After leading a large network management product development spanning software teams in Perth, Sydney, Cork, and Hydrabad, Michael joined Jtec's Marketing group as Product Manager. With Atamo he splits his time between business development and project management. |

Andrew has significant experience in communications network design, test and verification as well as the logistics involved in the rollout of major communications networks. Andrew currently also serves as Operations Manager for Atamo company Bushcomm, and Test Manager for pieNETWORKS. |

Robert has over 20 years experience in engineering and engineering managemt of complex technical projects, specialising in telecommunications and data networking. This experience includes the technical and project management of complete product lines, spanning the earliest stages of product definition through implementation to volume production and support of units in the field. From this experience, Robert has developed a strong technical background, combined with the ability to project manage complex technology projects over the complete project cycle. In recent years, Robert has provided technology and technology management services to private and government organizations. Customer sectors include essential services, justice, resources services, equipment manufacturers, startup and pre-startup ventures. |

| Peter has had over 20 years experience working for multinational telecommunications companies such as Ericsson, Alcatel and Siemens. With Peter’s background as an Embedded Software specialist, he has built very strong skills in project management, with responsibility during his time at Jtec for large development projects with teams spread across 3 continents. Peter’s sound knowledge of network design has allowed him to move smoothly into consulting roles where design and network planning are key requirements. In addition to Atamo business responsibilities, Peter is the Product Development Manager for pieNETWORKS, steering multiple product lines to deployment. |
